Delete your account

Deletion lives in the app itself, no email or form needed. It takes four taps and about a minute.

How to delete

1. Open Homeward and sign in.
2. Go to Home → Settings.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm on the screen that follows. It spells out everything below before you commit.

What happens to your data

Deletion starts immediately and completes within 30 days. During that window you can't sign in, but your ratings and photos remain visible. If you change your mind, signing back in within the 30 days recovers the account.

After 30 days: your profile becomes “Former member”, your photos follow the keep-or-delete choice you made in the flow, and your rating text stays visible without your name attached. Your username, saved outings, journey history, and squad connections are deleted.

Homeward never collects your email address, phone number, contacts, or location, so there is nothing of that kind to delete. What you see in Settings → Export my data is the complete set.
